No Surprise Act

This act aims to protect individuals from unexpected medical bills by requiring healthcare providers to disclose all costs associated with a procedure or service upfront and in a clear manner.

All health benefits will be verified and any out of pocket expenses (i.e., copay, deductible) will be provided to the patient prior to the initial session.

Cancellation Policy

The office requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you miss a session without cancelling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, there will be a charge of $75.00. Please note insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for late cancellations.
